A hearty, tasty easy to prepare family favourite.
- 750g ground beef
- 1 tbsp. butter or vegetable oil
- 1 carrot, finely diced
- 1/2 cup Umi’s Kitchen Tandoori Marinade
- 1 tin coconut milk (414ml)
- 1 cup of frozen peas
- Brown ground beef in butter or oil.
- Add diced carrot and saute until beef is cooked through.
- Add remaining ingredients and simmer until sauce is heated and peas are cooked through.
- Serve over rice or pasta.
