Yield: 3 to 4 servings
This recipe is delicious either roasted in the oven or grilled on the BBQ.
- 1, 500g piece of pork tenderloin
- 4 thin slices, prosciutto
- 3/4 cup Umi’s Kitchen Mango Chatni
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Wrap prosciutto around tenderloin.
- Place in a greased baking dish and brush generously with Mango Chatni.
- Bake tenderloin for 25 minutes.
- Let tenderloin rest for 10 minutes before carving.
- If desired, serve additional Mango Chatni on the side.
