16 prawns or shrimp, 4 tbs of salted butter, 4 tbs of rub, pinch of sea salt, fresh lemon, lemon zest: DIRECTIONS: Heat pan and melt butter. While butter is melting, toss prawns/shrimp, rub, sea salt, fresh lemon, lemon zest in a bowl. Make sure prawns/shrimp are well coated then place in melted butter. Cook at high heat for approximately 2 minutes a side for medium and 3 minutes a side for jumbo prawns/shrimp. Turn heat off and let rest in pan for two minutes then remove and place in a bowl and pour the sauce on top of prawns/shrimp.
